Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for participating in the interactive ecosystem of Sultry City Stories (the “Website”). As a provider of instant digital content, virtual character tokens, and automated software-as-a-service configurations, we enforce a strict financial management model. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all commercial transactions cleared via our payment network and is managed legally by SYNCCRIB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong.

2. Digital Tokens (Credits) Purchase Policy

Credits purchased on this platform represent a digital utility used exclusively to drive interactive text generation paths and power AI Chat character modules within our secure sandbox system.

• Immediate Delivery Framework: Upon successful transaction execution via our payment clearing vendor Stripe, the purchased Credits are systematically and instantaneously allocated to your user account balance. This automated database synchronization constitutes complete performance and delivery of our digital services.
• Absolute Non-Refundability: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital token units, all Credit pack purchases are final, completely non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Unused Credits cannot be converted back into fiat currency (cash), transferred to alternative profiles, or extracted from the database under any circumstances.

3. Cyber-Backer Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Our premium content clearing model, the Cyber-Backer program ($8.99 USD/month), is managed on a recurring, automated pre-authorized cycle processed via Stripe.

• Subscription Cancellation: Users maintain the absolute right to terminate their recurring membership renewal at any moment. You can execute cancellation autonomously by accessing the Backers Page and clicking “Manage Subscription” to access your secure Stripe billing dashboard.
• Terminal Access Rule: If you cancel your membership mid-cycle, the system will not issue an immediate or pro-rated refund for the current billing period. Instead, your Cyber-Backer clearing privileges will remain completely active until the terminal conclusion of your paid monthly billing timeline. At that point, the subscription will quietly expire without further automated renewals.

4. Account Bans and Credit Forfeiture

As clarified in our Terms of Service and Content Policy, we enforce zero tolerance toward script injection, database scraping, or malicious text strings designed to bypass our live AI Chat guardrails to force explicit or prohibited text output. If an account profile is permanently banned due to localized system breaches or violations of platform rules, SYNCCRIB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED reserves the right to lock the profile instantly, resulting in the absolute forfeiture of all remaining Credit balances without any liability to refund or reimburse the user.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud Mitigation

We log user IP variables, browser identifiers, navigational history, and explicit token allocation receipts for every payment cleared via Stripe. If a member executes an unauthorized transaction dispute or credit card chargeback with their issuing banking institution under false claims, we will submit these absolute delivery ledgers to the merchant card networks to defend our transaction integrity.

6. Contact and Transaction Discrepancies

If you experience unexpected browser crashes during a checkout pipeline, or if a Stripe payment goes through but your profile ledger fails to sync the corresponding Credits, please contact our transaction support office immediately at [email protected]. Provide your email registration and the associated Stripe checkout transaction ID. Our tech desk will investigate and manual-sync your asset balance within 48 business hours.
