Refunds & Retention: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.

6. Content Access

Access to premium stories and high-fidelity visuals is an exclusive benefit for active Cyber-Backers.

Active Backers enjoy full access to the entire premium library of the city.
Content access is strictly tied to an active subscription status.

All content remains the intellectual property of SYNCCRIB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and the Sultry City Stories brand. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To protect the project, users agree not to:

Share account credentials or Cyber-Backer access with third parties.
Use automated scripts, bots, or “crawlers” to scrape content or data.
