Subscription & Billing
All Cyber-Backer memberships are securely processed and managed via Creem.
How to manage your subscription:
- Navigate to the Backers Page while logged in.
- Click the “Manage Subscription” button to open your dedicated Creem management portal.
- From the portal, you can instantly cancel, resume, or update your payment methods.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital content, once content has been accessed or subscription services have been activated, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to stop future charges, please use the management portal to cancel your subscription.
Credits
Credits are the lifeblood of city progression and personal interaction.
- Purchase: You can acquire more credits at the Credits Shop.
- Expiration: Unused credits in your account do not expire.
- Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once used for tipping, unlocking content, or AI interaction.

Every credit you spend contributes to the GenForma Progress. By tipping characters or using the upcoming AI Chat, you provide the “data-fuel” needed to accelerate the cloning and evolution of the city’s inhabitants.
